EU High Representative deplores Russia’s decision to ban many EU officials from its territory

The High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, deplored on Friday 1 April the decision of the Russian authorities to ban a number of EU officials from entering the territory of the Russian Federation in retaliation for EU sanctions related to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
