DSA, targeted advertising and ‘dark patterns’ remain sticking points between European Parliament and EU Council

A number of issues remained to be resolved between negotiators from the European Parliament and the Council of the EU at their fourth interinstitutional ‘trilogue’ on Thursday 31 March, in order to reach an agreement on the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B12913A20), which sources close to the dossier hope will happen at the next talks on 22 April.
