Strategic Compass, “real story starts”, says Mr Borrell

After more than 14 hours of negotiations on Monday 21 March to get Member States to agree, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell presented the ‘Strategic Compass’ (see EUROPE B12915A10) to a group of journalists on Tuesday.
