European Commission has opened a period for contributions on SPCs for medicinal and plant protection products

11/03/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission opened, on Tuesday 8 March, a period for contributions on supplementary protection certificates (SPCs) that extend patent protection for specific medicinal and plant protection products.
