EU Member States commit themselves to supporting cultural institutions that volunteer to host Ukrainian artists and journalists

On Monday 7 March, the Ministers of Culture, Audiovisual and Media of the EU Member States approved a joint declaration on the situation in Ukraine in which they underlined their support for Ukrainian artists, journalists, media and cultural professionals.

At the informal meeting, the competent ministers also pledged to support cultural institutions willing to enable artists, cultural practitioners and journalists to continue their work.
