Arianespace to launch next eight satellites of Galileo constellation

07/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Space Agency (ESA) and the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) confirmed on Thursday 6 January that eight additional satellites will be launched by Arianespace for the EU’s Galileo navigation programme constellation. Arianespace will launch the first two satellites in 2022, which will result in the full operational capacity of Galileo.
