On Tuesday, 21 December, the European Commission adopted the Multiannual Indicative Programmes (MIPs) under NDICI-Global Europe—the financial instrument for international cooperation and the neighbourhood in the EU budget—that define the priority areas of cooperation between the EU and partner countries and regions for the 2021–2027 period.
