Didier Reynders satisfied with decision of Hungarian Constitutional Court

10/12/2021 (Agence Europe) – EU Justice Commissioner Didier Reynders said he was “rather satisfied” with the decision of the Hungarian Constitutional Court, which, on Friday 10 December, “seems to follow” a December 2020 judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) condemning Hungary for violating EU law on asylum and the return of irregular migrants (see EUROPE B12625A30).
