Commission consults to inform legislative debate on use of digital technologies in judicial field

06/12/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 3 December, the European Commission opened a consultation period on the use of digital technologies to modernise judicial cooperation between EU countries. It had presented its proposal for a Regulation on 1 December (see EUROPE B12844A12).
