Global Coalition against Daesh launches Africa think tank

03/12/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Global Coalition against Daesh announced, on Thursday 2 December, the creation of the Africa Think Tank, which will be co-chaired by the US, Italy, Morocco and Niger. This group will enable the coalition to undertake civilian capacity-building programmes to help address the threat of ISIS in Africa and to synchronise these efforts with existing initiatives on the ground, according to the coalition.
