The Vice-President of the European Commission, Maroš Šefčovič, called on the Swiss Federal Council on Monday 15 November to give him a “clear signal” that it is ready to re-engage in the bilateral relationship and find solutions to the “real issues”, such as those related to the dynamic adoption of European law, the settlement of disputes, but also to Swiss participation in the internal market through the cohesion contribution.
