Sixteen EU Member States have transposed Unfair Trading Practices Directive

27/10/2021 (Agence Europe) – As of 31 July 2021, 16 EU Member States had notified full transposition of the Unfair Trading Practices Directive, according to a report published on Wednesday 27 October by the European Commission. Member States have generally followed the overall approach of the Directive and a majority have gone beyond the minimum level of protection for farmers and small agri-food businesses provided for in the Directive.
