27/10/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Parliament’s Bureau decided on Wednesday 27 October to allow access to its premises only on presentation of an EU Digital COVID Certificate or equivalent, from 3 November until the end of January 2022 at this stage (see EUROPE 12808/5). “This decision applies to all persons seeking access to Parliament’s buildings in its three places of work, including Members of Parliament, officials, accredited parliamentary assistants, and other servants of Parliament”, the Parliament document says. It “does not apply to children under the age of twelve”. The decision “should only apply as long as the exceptional circumstances that justify it persist, and is periodically reassessed in the light of the health situation”.
