European Commission extends anti-dumping duties on Chinese steel

As the definitive anti-dumping duties on stainless steel cold-rolled flat products from China and Taiwan put in place in 2015 expire, the Commission extended them with an implementing Regulation on Thursday 16 September. 

In 2020, the European association of steel companies, Eurofer, which represents more than 25% of the total EU production of stainless steel cold-rolled flat products, filed a request for a review of the Regulation, in view of its expiry. In their view, the disappearance...
