The European Commission opened a public consultation on Thursday 9 September on its forthcoming action plan to restore sustainable carbon cycles by developing technological and natural solutions.
Scheduled for 14 December (provisional date) in the form of a communication, this action plan will aim to “promote carbon farming and develop a regulatory framework for the certification of carbon removals”, says the roadmap published by the Commission.
