European Commission wants to expand the EU’s toolbox for sustainable finance

The European Commission is determined to expand the EU’s toolbox for sustainable finance, according to a draft version of its revised strategy on sustainable finance obtained by EUROPE, which is due to be formally presented on 6 July, along with its proposal for a voluntary European standard on ‘green’ bonds (see EUROPE B12745A8).
