European Commission consults on a draft regulation completing single financial instrument NDICI

On Monday 3 May, the European Commission launched a four-week public consultation on a draft delegated regulation to complement the regulation establishing the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument (NDICI - Global Europe) in the EU budget 2021-2027 (see EUROPE B12682A11).
