20/04/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 19 April Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi cancelled his attendance at the EU/India summit on 8 May in Porto. India is facing a second massive wave of Covid-19 infections. On Monday, the country recorded a record number of infections of almost 274,000 cases over 24 hours.
