EU Council formally adopts revised ‘black’ list of tax havens

22/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – The EU Council formally adopted the revision of the European ‘black’ list of tax havens (see EUROPE B12659A1) at the Foreign Affairs Council on Monday 22 February. As announced, Dominica has been added to the ‘black’ list while Barbados has been removed. Morocco, Namibia and Saint Lucia were also removed from the ‘grey’ list, as they have fulfilled all their commitments, while Jamaica, which has committed to changing its harmful tax regime by...
