European Parliament enquiry group on Frontex agency starts activities on 23 February

The working group of the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties charged with investigating the accusations of pushback against the European Border and Coast Guard Agency, Frontex, will hold its constituent meeting on 23 February, the European Parliament announced on Monday 22 February in a statement. The decision to create this group was taken on 29 January (see EUROPE B12647A25).
