08/02/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Council of the European Union formally approved on Monday 8 February, by written procedure, the launch of a ‘Global Alliance on Circular Economy and Resource Efficiency’, which will take place in the margins of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-5) (Nairobi, Kenya, 22-23 February).
