EDPB issues two sets of recommendations following Schrems II judgment

12/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – After a first rapid analysis in July, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) issued further guidance on Wednesday 11 November to ensure that data transfers comply with EU data protection rules and in particular with the Schrems II judgment(see EUROPE B12529A2, B12536A9).
