Member States’ Ambassadors to EU endorse trade compliance agreement

06/11/2020 (Agence Europe) – Member States’ representatives to the EU on Wednesday 4 November validated the agreement reached during the previous week’s interinstitutional negotiations on compliance with international trade rules. The report, supported by MEP Marie-Pierre Vedrenne (Renew Europe, France), will strengthen the EU’s ability to sanction non-Member States that do not respect international trade rules.
