Paul Tang elected Chairman of European Parliament Taxation Subcommittee

23/09/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Parliament's new Standing Subcommittee on Tax Matters (FISC) (see EUROPE B12504A17) elected its executive on Wednesday 23 September. Unsurprisingly, it was Dutchman Paul Tang (S&D) who was elected President, by acclamation, as had already been formally agreed between the political groups (see EUROPE B12429A31).
