Greece and Turkey express readiness to start dialogue

Pending the Extraordinary Council meeting on 24 and 25 September, which is now scheduled for 1 and 2 October (see EUROPE B12565A18), Greece and Turkey are taking further steps towards a dialogue on the situation in the Eastern Mediterranean.
