Lithuania will ask EU Court of Justice to prevent entry into force of certain provisions of ‘mobility I’ package

02/09/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Lithuanian government announced on Wednesday 2 September that it would ask the Court of Justice of the European Union to prevent the entry into force of some of the provisions of the ‘mobility I’ package (see EUROPE B12524A19).
