Coronavirus, launch of written procedure to extend extraordinary decision-making rules to EU Council

02/09/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Member States’ Ambassadors to the EU gave their green light on Wednesday 2 September in the Committee of Permanent Representatives II (Coreper II) to start the written procedure to extend the derogations from the EU Council’s rules of procedure until 10 November given Covid-19 (see EUROPE B12550A6).
