Council of Europe Committee of Ministers adopts updated European Prison Rules

03/07/2020 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 2 July, the Council of Europe Committee of Ministers adopted a recommendation (https://bit.ly/3ikeQPc) updating European Prison Rules 2006 (https://bit.ly/2VHr4YJ).
