Mandate of head of mission for EUAM Ukraine extended until the end of May 2021

09/06/2020 (Agence Europe) – The decision by the EU to extend the mandate of Antti Hartikainen as Head of the EU’s Advisory Mission for Civilian Security Sector Reform in Ukraine (EUAM Ukraine) until 31 May 2021 was published in the Official Journal of the EU on Tuesday 9 June. The mandate for Hartikainen, who has been in post since 1 July 2019, was initially due to end on 30 June (see EUROPE B12268A27). The EUAM Ukraine mission also runs until 31 May 2021.
