20/05/2020 (Agence Europe) – The Member States’ Ambassadors to the EU (Coreper) gave the green light on Wednesday 20 May to the use of the written procedure (see EUROPE B12483A8) for the adoption of the proposal for an EU Council Regulation temporarily extending the period for convening general meetings of ‘European companies’ (SE) and ‘European Cooperative Societies’ (SCE) during the Covid-19 pandemic (see EUROPE B12478A7).
