Fight against consequences of Covid-19 could be at heart of programme for next trio of presidencies

The next trio of EU Council presidencies (Germany, Portugal and Slovenia) - which will be in office from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021 - could make Europe's recovery from the Covid-19 crisis their main focus.
