COVID-19, maximum amount of de minimis aid increases from 30 000 to 120 000 euros per company

The European Commission announced on Thursday 19 March that it had decided to revise the Community rules on State aid to the fisheries and aquaculture sector, which “allow Member States to provide temporary relief to economic operators hit by the crisis” due to the effects of the coronavirus outbreak (see EUROPE B12450A16).
