On 17 February, the EU requested that India and Colombia establish WTO panels on ICT products and frozen chips. In so doing, the Commission is emphasizing its efforts to improve the implementation of its trade policy.
The request for the establishment of panels in both disputes follows the failure of bilateral consultations with these two countries.
