New proposal soon for EU 'black' list of high-risk non-Member States

18/02/2020 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission should soon be ready to present a new European 'blacklist' of non-Member States with anti-money laundering arrangements that have deficiencies that threaten the European financial system (see EUROPE B12193A28), Vice-President Valdis Dombrovskis said at a press conference on Tuesday 18 February.
