15/01/2020 (Agence Europe) – In the article entitled 'The Commission presents its Sustainable Europe Investment Plan to the European Parliament', dated 15 January 2020, EUROPE indicated that, according to European Commission estimates, 100 billion euros will be made available under the 'Just Transition Mechanism'. It is important to specify that this amount has been calculated for the whole of the next Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) period, i.e. 2021-2027. For the next decade, i.e. until 2030, the Commission expects, however, to make around 143 billion euros available under the Mechanism (without prejudice to the next MFF).
