EU Council agreement on revision of Motor Insurance Directive

18/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – As announced, the Member States' ambassadors to the European Union (Coreper) adopted without discussion on Wednesday 18 December a political agreement in principle on the proposal to revise the Motor Insurance Directive in order to strengthen compensation for road accident victims (see EUROPE B12026A6).
