Commission allows Fedrigoni to acquire Ritrama Group

18/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 17 December, the European Commission authorised the acquisition of Ri.Tra.Ma. Rink Trading and Manufacturing S.p.A., Coating Ricofin S.r.l. and Eurotac S.r.l. (the ‘Ritrama Group’) by Fedrigoni S.p.A. (an Italian company). The Ritrama Group focuses on the production and distribution of pressure sensitive labelstock.
