Europe's notaries ask Commission to take action on protection of vulnerable adults

12/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – In an open letter to European Commissioners Věra Jourová and Didier Reynders, sent on Thursday, 12 December, Pierre-Luc Vogel, President of the Council of Notariats of the European Union (CNUE), asked the new Commission to take up the subject of the protection of vulnerable adults, i. e. people who are no longer able to clearly express their wishes because of illness or their advanced age.
