Publication of harmonised oenological practices authorised in EU

06/12/2019 (Agence Europe) – Following the publication in June 2019 of new rules to simplify and clarify oenological practices in the EU, the European Commission published the detailed files of the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV) Code of Oenological Practices in the Official Journal of the EU on 5 December, in all EU languages.
