Commission has not demonstrated existence of unfair advantage granted by Netherlands to Starbucks, according to EU General Court

The General Court of the European Union annulled the European Commission's decision of October 2015 asking the Netherlands to recover State aid unduly granted to the multinational Starbucks via a tax ruling concluded in 2018, in a judgment delivered on Tuesday 24 September (Case T-636/16).
