EU welcomes announcement of agreement on formation of Constitutional Committee

On the evening of Monday, 23 September, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini welcomed UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres’s announcement regarding an agreement on the formation of a Syrian Constitutional Committee.
