23/07/2019 (Agence Europe) – As announced by the Commissioner for Neighbourhood Policy, Johannes Hahn on 15 July (see EUROPE 12296/6), on Tuesday 23 July the European Commission resumed its budgetary support to Moldova by disbursing €14.54 million to finance vocational training and to support the implementation of the Visa Liberalisation Action Plan. Furthermore, Moldovan Prime Minister Maia Sandu is back in Brussels on Wednesday 24 July (see EUROPE 12288/17). She will hold talks with the President of the Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, Mr Hahn and the MEPs on the Committee on Foreign Affairs. (CG)
