Postponement of a decision due to lack of sufficient quorum in Council of the EU

07/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – The ‘Telecommunications’ Council ultimately did not adopt the decision on the position to be taken, on behalf of the EU, at the 2019 World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC-19). The problem does not come from a difference of opinion (this confidential text has already received the support of the Member States' ambassadors without too many problems), but from a procedural problem. There were not enough ministers present at the ‘Telecommunications’...
