EU ministers definitively adopt new EU visa rules

06/06/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 6 June, the EU Council definitively adopted the new rules of the Visa Code which will facilitate the travel conditions of legitimate travellers, but will also impose conditionality on third countries that do not cooperate sufficiently to take back their nationals who are in an irregular situation in the EU.
