01/04/2019 (Agence Europe) – MEPs from the European Parliament's Committee on Legal Affairs (JURI) on Monday 1 April approved, by 13 votes to 2, the provisional Interinstitutional Agreement (see EUROPE B12213A24) on the proposal for a directive on harmonised procedures for cross-border divisions and transfers and targeted review for mergers (see EUROPE B12009A8).
