Council sanctions seven new ministers

04/03/2019 (Agence Europe) – As announced by EUROPE (see EUROPE 12203), on Monday 4 March, the Council of the EU added seven Syrian government ministers to the list of persons and entities subject to restrictive measures against the Syrian regime and its supporters. These ministers were appointed last November.
