26/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – The MEPs of the European Parliament's Civil Liberties Committee (LIBE) validated by 48 votes to 1 on Tuesday, February 26, the agreement reached between representatives of the Council of the EU and the European Parliament on February 12 (see EUROPE 12192) on the proposal for a directive to facilitate the use of financial information for the prevention and detection of criminal offences (see EUROPE 12003).
