15/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – While welcoming the agreement reached by EU co-legislators on the European Labour Authority (ELA), particularly in regards to strengthening the role of social partners (see EUROPE 12194), on Thursday 14 February, the European Trade Union Confederation (ETUC) expressed regret that its role in the field of international transport is very limited.
