Rohingya crisis: EU increases humanitarian aid by €24 million

15/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – On Friday 15 February, the European Commission announced that it has released an additional €24 million in humanitarian aid for Rohingya refugees and their host communities in Cox’s Bazar. €19 million of this allocation will help to meet the most urgent needs of the most vulnerable people (physical protection, urgent medical care, food, access to safe drinking water and sanitation facilities, education). €5 million will fund support for building local...
