Conditional green light for merger between Amcor and Bemis

11/02/2019 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has conditionally approved on Monday 11 February the proposed merger between Amcor (Australia) and Bemis (United States), two companies manufacturing flexible packaging products worldwide. The Commission examined in particular the effects of the operation on the markets for flexible packaging for medical use and food products.
